Hi people,

I am one of those that uses TCM at punggol plaza. I think he is pretty good. but for massage only wed and sat. So usually very crowded.

Tuina is almost like massage. But with more strenght exerted
Acupunture is to poke needles at the various points of the body. It will hasten the recovery process as it helps blood circulation.
