Hi ppl,
Can you remember the good old Jurong drive-in? Well, for me, I have fond memories of that place. My dad used to drive us there for movies. My bro and I will lie on top of the car and watched chinese movies while eating our favourite paus...
My mum will brew a flask of hot tea. the whole atmosphere is like an out door picnic. If it gets too warm staying in the car, ppl will roll out their picnic mats and the whole family will sit there to enjoy the movies. Even though the sound quality's not fantastic, but, at least it promotes family bonding..with the high number of cars in Singapore, maybe some cinema operators can revive this concept again...preferably somewhere in Jurong too.  cheers
