Okay, okay... maybe POSB maybe clinic.  But unlikely
to be coffeshop because already got one across the road.

But may also be rather noisy and too many people wondering
around Vista.

I think its a tender bid system so have to wait who gets
the place.

Whatever it may be, it has to be a commercial house that is
relevant for all punggol residents in that area.
