This afternoon 3 painters were busy painting
different parts of 602B simultaneously.  

I think they are trying
to take advantage of tody's sunny weather.

At the rate they are going, 602B's wall painting should
be finished by end of the month.

Painting on 602C is also making good progress.

Painting on 602A only left the narrow wall
just above the rubbish chute central collection bin
(which was recently completed).  When that wall is
done, painting is completed for 602A,  by end
of the week.

601B painting  is about 70% completed.

Hope it only rains at night but sunny in the daytime

Yesterday it rained heavily

and today
the painters were all over the blocks.

At least 3 gondolas of painters per block.

Oh, Kay Lim is doing the  network of 'longkangs'
and making good progress too.

Lets see what happens after 602A'sexternal
wall painting finished end of this week.

and whether 601C residents receive good news from
 HDB - SOON.

Well, TL residents in 306A are getting their
letters from HDB.  And so the process has
started which should see people getting
their keys soon 

Next lot of movers should be 601C residents.

Hopefully rain would stop for at least A FEW DAYS
so that the drain works could be completed,
and lamposts put up  along the
ROAD behind 601C/D/B.

Things are looking positive so far, and no
further delays care expected.

It all up to HDB now!

Completion date for 601D is now
by end of Sept 2010 (MyHDBpage).    

Lets wait and see what the other block's completion
dates would be,  especially for 601C.  Expecting a surprise?
I think so  

For those of you who are worried about painting progress
particularly 602C - my advice is DONT WORRY
TOO MUCH ABOUT IT.  

For example, if it does not rain
continously for 1 week - the painting could be finished in
10 days .  

Because I can see Kay Lim have arranged 3 to 4 gondolas
of painters, which means literally every side of the walls is being painted at
the same time!

Painting is the least technical work, even you and I can do it  

And all the Visdta's blocks' internal fittings and other engrg works are done
and nothing outstanding except the windows (1 week can intall these)

Like Kay Lim stated at site - Vista's construction completion
is in 3rd quarter (latest is sept).
