Hi Ahfu, thanks, waiting and waiting HDB to change the status now... without the date, we cannot estimate the date to move in as we need to inform our landlord... wait longer and need to pay more for my rental...

new update on DOCK.  

1 more week to wait  

But make sure you renovate quickly and move
in, and not just keep the keys for 1 years - without any
plan to move in  

Remember, material costs are expected to go up
after October - Nov 2010.

Whats happening now is contractors are carrying out
reconcrete on parts of the corridors.  Just like they did for
601C.  They hack out the hollow parts and redo
cementing again.  

This is usually done after final inspection.

I think as and when the affected floors are redone, keys
should be cleared for collection for that floor.

on key collection.

Good afternnon, ahfu, when you  mentioned you "personally know two other people in 601D who got it" ...... do you mean they have got an appointment date to collect the keys?

If so, can you recall the actual or approximate date, for example, is it before or around 15 Oct? Thanks again for your help.

Even if you are paying rent you cant avoid Oct rent because
key collection would not be in September.

One of the couples I met told me they had rerceived DOCK update
similiar to yours. Which is they would be informed about the
" date of key collection soon".

Anyway, 601D residents -

should not overstress themselves over DOCK,
because the date of key collection is very very soon
    

Yesterday morning while waiting for my Lorenzo sofa
to arrive, I saw  Kay Lim's project team  meeting
at  602 (carpark) .  And thenight before there was a big area
cleaning at 601D.  

Keys are coming!
