Painting at 601C is completed however some touching up is
on going.

As for D, all sides painted except the left wall.

Unfortunately today it rained heavily at Punggol and
no painting work can be done.

Oh, the windows on D are all installed.

And C's void deck kerbside walls are up but no painting yet probably
they are waiting for the cement to harden.

I also saw workers
starting to work on D's  void deck.

Evidently road works has already started but only
around the backrow blocks. I saw steam rollers
moving around levelling the ground.

Which means if the backrow finished earlier
than the front ones. Kay Lim could fence up
the front blocks so work can continue without

Provided there  are no major  defects after handing over
to HDB ,

there is a strong possibility of  key collection for C in
in August,  and September for D residents.

The narrow road from car park  to
the back of Block 601C/D has already been paved with road tiles.

Effectively, it means house movers can now drive straight to
the back of 601C/D   to unload furnitures etc....

Work on the internal fittings for 601B and the others in
front row is about 90% done.  Only left the 16th floor to do
for 601B.

After this, painting should start,  probably in beginning of

One of the 3 cranes has already been dismantled.

Oops, I meant July !

The narrow road from car park  to
the back of Block 601C/D has already been paved with road tiles.

It is actually called the service utility road which runs
behind the car park and blocks 602A 601C &601D

The remaining 2 cranes have been dismantled and
taken away.

The zinc boarding separating backrow blocks and front ones
has been erected.

I think 601C would be completely boarded soon - for
handing over to HDB.

I saw Fujitec lift technicians in 601C  .

Painting on  601B should be starting soon because
priming the external walls has started.

601D painting is almost finished while painting at 602A
has stopped for a few days.

Painters are waiting for a bright sunny day.
It has been raining in Punggol for the past few days.

Overall,  construction progress at Vista is picking
up speed as Kay Lim's 3rd qtr completion dateline nears.
