Eventually when the site was fenced up, it took several months for piling work, followed by prefabricated building works . Today building works are gradually appearing above the temporary parameter fence.

While taking pictures of housing development starting from the Marina Country Club, Waterfront I. Waterfront II, Northshore Residences I, Northshore Residences II, besides Northshore Straitsview, short structures are gradually appearing. This is Northshore Cove.
