my side is base on which month of the year..
toward oct to Feb, very windy
from apr to sep..very warm..no wind at all

but one thing..too windy also mean u need to clean ur house more often due to dust.

my unit also base on the months of the year.  too windly, things drop from shelves, freezing cold, rain splashed in. too hot just got to on the fans.

the best part in staying in punggol (before my view got blocked by the new 18th flr flats)  is able to see fireworks during the new year and national day parade. Roll Eyes
