hi all. i'm new to the forum. we had applied for punggol parcvista and is a standard flat. would like to enquire if to take HDB tiles which cost $4800. heard is quite hollow and do pop out for some. please advise. thank you!!

think if you get a lousy contractor. the same thing can happen. at least for HDB they cannot run and hide. think it is all about budget. my time standard flat no tiling.

If you take up the floor tiles option, do you need to pay "cash", or the amount is added to the HDB loan ?
