this is what having no effective opposition means...those in power can make all the nice promises (with all the good intentions) but there's no check n balance to ensure that these promises materialize...sigh.

Think supposed to have HDB office and fast food restaurant at Punggol plaza but then suddenly changed all the plans and then now so many replicate shops in PP, 2 chinese pharmacies, 2 hp shops, so many clinics... Wonder how are they going to survive the competition
