When is Sheng Siong going to open?

wah, i tot i m the only one who has bad encounters in Ang Mo.... Looks like a lot of ppl here r very unhappy wif their services. Although goods r cheap but if their way of treating customers is bad, customers r going to run. Even step inside oso dun wan due to bad incidents there. I encountered more than once oredy. No excuse me, no thank you, no sorry!!! VERY VERY RUDE! NO MANNERS!!!
I hope Sheng siong is oredy open @ 300+. Anyone knows about wen it opens & exact location, pls share. 10Q.

i once used 6x 5cents coin together with notes and other coins combination to pay for groceries but the aunty cashier tell me next time they only accept up to 4x 5cents coin! my blood boiled when she said that 

According to MAS, under the Currency Act (Chapter 69):

* $1 coins can be used for payment of any amount;
* 50 cents coins for payment of any amount up to $10; and
* Coins of denominations lower than 50 cents for payment of an amount up to $2.
