Oven Roasted Potatoes with Garlic & Rosemary (Portion for 2)
220 gms Red Potatoes
100 gms Tomatoes
8.00 gms Basil
1 Garlic Clove
11 gms Olive Oil
14 gms Fresh Rosemary
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
In the prepared baking dish, toss the potatoes, tomatoes, basil, and garlic with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the rosemary.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, turning occasionally, until tender.
Add a bit of salt and crushed black pepper when done
