Regular exercise is still needed to keep the muscles healthy, heart healthy, circulation healthy and mind healthy.  You can't get all these benefits by popping pills.

True, but i am not only popping pills as understood.
Human nowadays pop in so called "food" are mainly
with contents in which not that healthy and even with
all the excercise and all, still not as healthy.

Moreover, all "poisons" are put into our daily meals
and as a result, Tasty Food = Not Healthy

Regular exercise is still needed to keep the muscles healthy, heart healthy, circulation healthy and mind healthy.  You can't get all these benefits by popping pills.
