Avoid carbo. Or excercise. Or take carbo blocker pills available from doctor if carbo intake is a bad habit. I know some friends who cannot stop themselves from eating excessive carbo. Such intake amount is not necessary for the activities that you may undertake during the day. Especially if your work is desk bound. Its all about good eating habits. I have gained and lost weight before and I know the amount I need per day. I think the number of table spoons of rice i take per day is about maybe about only a quarter of a rice of bowl. The bowl is those that are served at most coffe shop zhi cha stall kind, if u know what i mean.

I usually eat more meat and vegetables than rice. Especially with chinese staple food which is rice, it is understadable how we gain excess weight on problem areas.

Weight problems? Genuine advice from me, all based on true story
about my weight problem for years!

Finally got rid of the TUMMY and shrunk my appetite now.
Left with 20 years smoking issue and working on it  head banging

I got a thread posted and gonna work with RC here so that i could
organise a session for people with either weight or health problems
to drop by few times weekly for advice and health scans, hows that sound to all
people here? Excited?!

Yea, it's FREE! I am willing to contribute my part and share my experiences and tips
to anyone. I am now also helping some people who even weigh 110KG to lose their
extra KG and it's working already for them as well.
