When will a cup of kopi be $1.00

Can anyone remember when was the last time you paid $0.60 for a cup of kopi?

kopitiam (the foodcourt chain) kopi already $1.10 for the small miserable "retro" cup...

compass point 4th floor, already selling other beverages like can drinks $1.30. Others still selling $1.20.

can drinks some coffeeshop or foodcourts can go up to $1.50/can so that one i'm not surprised... but kopi selling over 1 bucks for a small miserable cup then i feel kinda shortchanged. i used to drink kopi everywhere i go cos i'm a diehard coffee addict, but now i really rather go home make my own instant coffee le. only buy kopi at certain neighbourhood coffeeshop or hawker centres where kopi still selling at 80 cents per cup.
