After reading the comments here. I am curious if the living expenses are that high. Let me start off with the monthly bills that a Sinkie has to pay every month.

Housing Related
1. SC & C
2. Utilities
3. HDB Loan
4. Renovation

Monthly Bills
5. HP
6. Internet connection

Any more to add?

I don't have a car. So car-related expenses not an issue. Of course, its typically the car that cause Sinkies to bleed, after the HDB loan.  Wink
