Its not really the building that matters; its what the club offers.
Really hope that this CC can offer more unique courses especially for kids like hip-hop, tap dance, ukelele, violin, harp, horse-riding, in-line skating, robotics, ... etc other than just the usual ballet, art classes and tuition.

The Punggol Community Club is doing a final touching up getting ready for the official opening. Can it be the same date as the Waterways by PM ? Nobody has yet to commit.
