The next time you meet such driver, note the car plate, time and place, and inform the TP.
They will send a notice to the F1 wannabe driver.
But just be prepared to be witness which alot of people will try to avoid.

You cut my lane without proper signaling just now and I have to jam brake in order to avoid knocking into you. I also saw that you tailgated all the cars that got in your way and was speeding away. Please wake up your idea of driving like a F1 racer. Don't risk others' lives just to save a few minutes of your time. You have family others also DO!
