Sinkapore doesn't have mountain , no fresh air, no fresh vegetables, no fresh poultry, etc....how to live longer?

Who are the people that they have interviewed to create such statistics?

They claimed Singapore had the best hospitals, best doctors and best clinical equipments in the region. No doubts about it, everybody knows that, but the cost involved in going to the hospitals for treatment is enough to kill most patients.  Sad

Advancement  in medical researches and medicine eventually will cure most sickness and prolonged a patient's lifespan, probably thats what they meant by people in Singapore will live longer.  Shocked

best hospital?

a friend's MIL recently in SGH for removal for can cancerous cells. Already had a lot of question marks the way that hospital works. Now my friend will just keep all the documents as evidence in case need to sue the doctors.
