Dear All ,
Im writing this at this point of time 3am in the morning . Guess what did i see in a MSCP on the 2nd floor of block 650 . A pack of 5-6 wild dogs roaming around searching for something . As we know that there are construction around the area . I do hope the authority will do something about this .
As we know that the are attack around waterway . I do not wish something will happen under our blocks . As there are children around . Running , playing , cycling ..... etc anything can happen .
I have no issue with people owing dogs , but a pack of 5-6 WILD DOGS , does raise my eyebrows .
Please see video !

In the olden days, before Punggol development, Punggol Road were dotted with jungles, vegetables, pigs and fish farming. Dogs are kept in the farms as guard dogs.

Due to farm re-location, dogs were abandoned and left to roam the Waterways, construction sites looking for food for survival.

The first 4 pictures show our faithful Old Punggol Road, the next set of pictures show a collection of dogs looking for food next to Punggol Topaz construction site.
