I do spank my children when they were babies too. The baby only knows how to cry, but we mothers, know what type of cry is that. Pain, hungry, etc......these give to different pitch of cries.

Once I notice my babies cries for attention or unreasonable cryng, I spanked them too. Of course not too hard lah....but can't let them run over my head. We parents shouldn't be scared of the children.

Hi guys, sori i have not been reading the forum lately, got too many cases lately.

Firstly, why should i lie?  Why do i want to sabotage his bizness? Wat do i gain? Do i know him?

Yes, the watches is in the glass panel, but if a buyer would like to see a watch, u would have to show the watch to the customer to let the customer choose.   After the customer like wat they see and touch, he or she would buy it.

As a parent, it's natural to ask your children to choose which one they like best.   But, no parent would like to see people, especially suppose to be mature, educated biznessman to behave in such a manner that would degrade you and even your children.   YOU dont "shioo shioo" people children like stray cats or dogs.  Why can't the man tell my children "please don touch or please don touch wait uncle watch spoilt".

If shopkeeper "shioo shioo" your children like chasing your children out, would you buy from the shop?  Try get Mcdonald's manager do that to your children, would you eat at that place....No right? Any educated singaporean would complain.

I think they is a possibility that that man son is in this forum as i was told the son is juz a teenager.  That's good as the son should highlight it to the parent so they don do the same mistake again.   No need to defence them, its the fact, and people get angry and annoying.   If the man got it bad day or feeling......we too have bad day and feelings.

So, please....go for a course on customer service.....if you are angry or having a bad day, don pick it up on somebody.....u lose bizness that way.   Don degrade anybody.

Perfectly understand your situation. He is really wrong to 'shoo shoo' the child because that would mean 'shoo shoo' away his customers. Did you ask him on the spot why he did that ?
