I'm so pissed off....my neigbour upstairs been slamming their bedroom door between 11pm to 12am. I'm enjoying playing diablo online then the slamming disturb my peace man...my sleeping wife got woken up...
*sigh* last time i paste notice inside the lift telling them to be considerate. Prior to that I went to their house to ask about the door slamming but they don't want to open their door...arrgh..
Should I report police? Now I'm so frustrated.....
not very nice to be pasting thing in the lift right? paste on their door can oredi i think...
anyway, call the police also no use coz it's not a criminal case...they'll probably refer you to community resolution service thing where you and your neighbor meet together with a 3rd party to discuss how the issue can be resolved....or you can lodge a civil complaint suit against them at the small claim tribunal...
