Upstairs neighbour slams door between 11pm to 12pm

I'm so pissed off....my neigbour upstairs been slamming their bedroom door between 11pm to 12am. I'm enjoying playing diablo online then the slamming disturb my peace man...my sleeping wife got woken up...

*sigh* last time i paste notice inside the lift telling them to be considerate. Prior to that I went to their house to ask about the door slamming but they don't want to open their door...arrgh..

Should I report police? Now I'm so frustrated.....

is it happenign every night? Or when they are quarelling? My neighbours also slam their doors once in a while and even screams at each other... if its really bad.. u can try calling the police.. anyway it happens after 10 right??
