I've been tolerating these small insects on the wall and ceiling since I moved in - 5 yrs. I've tried vacuuming the walls and ceiling, steam cleaning, using wet tissue to dab and my little girl just use her little finger to "kill" them etc. The only time they seem to disppear was when I painted the walls, but now, they're back! Am not too sure how harmful they are but when you see them at full force, they're rather scary. I was told by some old folks that the walls are damp or moist, so these insects...The room most affected is the master-bedroom, maybe becos of attached bathroom.

worst still, my son likes to play on the floor. Out of nothing, his eyes will get bitten by these insects.

May be I should install electric insect repellant instead of spraying every now and then.

BTW, did you all have these problems in yr previous estate before moving into Punggol?
