Can't believe it!

It is already 10.38pm and Penny Low and the grassroots are still karaoking at Greendale Primary School.

Super noisy! Is there a rule for them and another for the rest of us?

And we are 2 blocks away from the venue!!!

hehe to think my block is juz beside the school. if yesterday night was noisy but nowhere near the din created during the school construction.

our town council and in particular penny low is useless in such matters. i had months long history disputing with them and NEA on noise issues. they are only good at organising events and spending the people's money. o ya they are also good at wayang as our botak finance ministers had subconciously admitted in parliament.
