my neighbours upstair throw packets of curry/food/used pads and kanna my air con vent and stuffs.
complained to the town council but still useless although they did give out flyers everywhere.
cannot stand them man.. for 8yrs alr..

Seriously, all this high rise littering has to stop. Someone above my unit just threw noodles over the living room windows.
Well, this is not the 1st time, and i'm sure its not gonna be the last. But unless i'm able to catch the culprit in act, i doubt any agency will handle this.
