Punggol Residences 271A Rusty Issue

Always wanted to ask this question. I am living in Punggol Residences blk 271A. It has been more than a year and i am encountering some rusty issues. At first, i observed that the hinge screws on my kitchen vanity cabinets are rusting with rust flakes falling off. Initially i thought it was due to the lousy materials that my reno contractors are using, got them to replace the screws. After sometime i notice the rust is back again! After which i notice the stainless steel holders on my kitchen sink tends to rust easily too. After which i observed the screws on my sound system also have signs of rust.

Was wondering could it be due to the humidity in the air or something else. Do anyone living in Punggol Residences encountering the same issue as me???
