NTUC Trolley left at Blk 171A/B Carpark

Punggol boasts of young talented adults and thru this medium I would like to educate these so call talented pool to please return the trolleys to NTUC after unloading your stuff in your car at BLK 171 carpark. 

I have many a times seen trolleys abandoned on the 4th and 5th floor of the carpark by some inconsiderate piece of shit. I already not to happy  when shoppers at Punggol Plaza park at my blk's carpark and worst leaves the trolley behind without returning. At times during the weekend I can see at least 5 to 6 trolleys left behind by this people.

I hope you people understand and return the trolleys to NTUC at least. Thank you.

I think they should remove all the trolleys and start a BYOT (Bring Your Own Trolley) campaign..

ya..buying their convenience at the price of $1...maybe NTUC shld setup a trolley point there to make it convenient for pple who hav to park their car there, as we noe the PP carpark wif limited parking lot n blk 171 is the next nearest carpark available..
If these pple have a choice, i dun think they will choose to park their car there n still hav to forsake the $1 deposit..think of it, really quite a "long" journey to bring the trolley back...Imagine the whole family waiting for u in the car to return the trolley at PP..cannot blame them lah..since they r willing to pay a price for it.. ;
