Inconsiderate neighbour playing drum music at 7am - Block 117

Hi guys! I have been hearing this drum techno-ish music around my block at 117 for the past few months. The inconsiderate person will be playing at 12 midnight, or sometimes play at 7am. Right now as I am typing, the person is playing too! I had the neighbourhood police came up to my house to hear the music out, but they are unable to pinpoint where the music is coming from. I called the town council but they didn't reply back to me. I mean, i can't be the only one being annoyed with this noise disturbance right! But anyhow, thanks for letting me rant here. Any one is facing the same issue as me?

 i'm staying 117 too but did not hear that noise, maybe is the direction taht your unit facing. i'm facing the TPE side.
