Illegal left turn at traffic junction exiting to TPE to Pasir Ris

Guys, I'm totally like one of you who detest those drivers making the illegal turn.

But today, I become one of them. I was forced into making that turn.

I share this with you: from the big junction, I had to make a right turn from Punggol Field to join the q. However, the q was formed all the way up to the end of the junction, I can't even make my right turn and join in. So what I had to do, I had to turn into the next lane and then try my darnest to signal my way into the q...as expected, NO ONE would have let me in. SO HOW? I make an illegal turn! Or end up driving all the way to Sengkang and coming back.

Tell me, what would you have done?

Pls, com'on, not everyone who make that illegal turn is happily doing it and purposely trying to go against traffic rules or even risk endangering others. I was really desperate to have to do that.

I just wanna share this with u guys and I think it's really time something quick and urgent is done to open up another exit to help us drivers. It cannot be every morning 1st thing you want to exit your town, you are trapped for half an hour all the way until u exit TPE.

i usually come from direction of punggol plaza every morning, if i c the queue that bad, i just continue straight to punggol field and turn left at punggol way and enter tpe from there... hehe
although is one big round, but it can be faster when the queue is that bad.

alternatively, try to change ur timing a little. earlier or slightly later can also reduce the crowd/queue:)

The jam at the left turn junction to TPE is getting more and more terrible these days...
Saw alot of vehicles exiting TPE to punggol and going down the TPE entry(left turn junction) again... just wonder why they are doing these... they are causing jam at the left turn junction.

TP should catch these vehicles as well. They are really causing a jam preventing Punggol vehicles from entering the TPE. Not forgetting there is more Jam at the TPE.

I am going towards Lor Halus direction every morning to work and just the jam  alone at the TPE left turn to Lor Halus could take up about 10-15mins these days........
I am wondering if LTA/ Punggol MP can plan an exit to lor Halus at the punggol exit near blk 128(the flyover to Sengkang). It will save time for those vehicle who want to turn to Lor Halus to Hougang without going thru the left turn TPE jam......

Anyone noes how we can propose these to Penny low? Or maybe there are plans on the way?
