Illegal left turn at traffic junction exiting to TPE to Pasir Ris

They are widening the road shoulder . How about the left filter with the zebra crossing? Is it still stuck with 2 lanes? Problems will still exist because there is something wrong with the timing of the traffic lights.

I thought the planners are those Elite with good academic results top 5% Gifted programme. Received scholarship. White horses in the army. Life-skill applications is lousy. Only study by books.

The contractor have a schedule to keep, it said that the completion in 1st quater of 2009, i tink.   May be they start to do more work in dec 2008....

They are suppose to be the cream of the cake. They are the one who had been singled out by MOE even when they were in primary 4. Their lifes are very comfortable in branded schools with good treatment, no need to produce PSLE results, no need to attempt 'O' level. They are supposed to be equipped with all first-hand info.

Govt will have many reasons to increase road tax not just from the proposal suggested by me. If it can help to ease the Jam at Punggol, why not Unless you have even better idea for all Punggolians?

The morning Jam at the Punggol flyover is really terrible... the road shoulder widening took ages.... sometimes, "tempting" illegal left turn really is the best way to enter TPE..............
