Illegal left turn at traffic junction exiting to TPE to Pasir Ris

after the sengkang east bridge is open i believed will be better

I notice why there is congestion to KPE......because many motorist jump q.   Most motorist from punggol and sengkang patiently drive on extreme left towards KPE.   But, some motorist drive faster to the outer lane and when reaching close to the KPE entrance, turn left to enter KPE (cut q). Thus, motorist on the left lane no choice either give way or worse, many times, jam brake to avoid an accident.

Yeah, may be when sengkang east entrance to KPE ready, the situation would be better.   

Does anyone know when will it be ready?

PLEASE!!!!  MS PENNY LOW IF YOU"RE READING THIS, PLEASE BUILD ANOTHER EXIT TO TPE TO EASE THE MORNING MADNESS!!!  ITS GETTING RIDICULOUS SPENDING 20MINS TO MOVE FROM MY CARPARK TO SLIP ROAD LEADING TO TPE ALONE AND WATCHING ALL THOSE IDIOITS MAKING ILLEGLE LEFT TURNS!!

perhaps shld blame it on those idiots taking their own sweet time & poor judgement in exiting from the slip road to TPE, they are actually the idiots tat are causing the pile ups.
