Ground Sinking at Punggol Medows

Hi, I'm a resident at Punggol Meadows and for years I have notice the ground area surrounding the blocks have been slowly sinking lower. I'm starting to get really concerned. During the CNY house visiting by the MP, I brought up this concern but I don't see anything being done about it. A letter from the HDB assuring residents that the ground is safe would be good, but nothing so far. Does anyone else live in Punggol Meadows and feel concerned about this too? Is the ground safe?
