theres this stall selling CDs near the entrance. bugis village selling $7. they r selling for $10. seem like the rental is much higher here.

of cos, it's a niche market here.....unless u wanna travel to bugis just for one CD. Bottom Line, nothing is for free, even convenience.

yup, yup, I was there at the bubble tea shop at about 4:00pm. So many students. No wonder their rental $5000/pm they can afford.

Wow! That's a lot of bubble tea to drink... imagine the young diabetics the numerous clinics have to treat next time...
