Huh? Huh? ???Look what Punggol Plaza has done to the event hall lately, they seems to have cement those Pushcarts at the event hall permanently.

I still prefer those days where they have different vendors every week selling different varieties of goods. No doubt there is this stall on the 2nd floor selling second hand books, I still prefer that old man who came and parade his thousand of collection once every month.  Cry Cry Cry

I been to the mall last night and I notice most pushcarts on the event area are almost selling identical stuff like ladies clothing, wallets and bags etc, nothing special.  I think there was a change in management team and the new team must be lazy looking for different vendors and contracted the whole place to this event company.   head banging head banging head banging

I am really let down and if I can, I would rather shop somewhere else other than the one (PP) below my flat.  mad mad mad

Not only rent, poor crowd attendance, few parking lots and no big name in PP.   The management of PP sud open up more eating outlets like pizza hut, mcdonalds, kfc etc.   Most of the crowd there are students.  Look at the bubble tea shop, they doin quite well.   Students nowadays have $$$. Parent no time to cook.   Fast food rest. is where they hangout.  Get ride of the medical hall, open a community library.   I can see that residence in punggol are all educated lots, they would then love to read.   Then, they would bring along their little children...another biz opportunities for baby/children products and also good tuiton company like Baby Gym, drama n speech centre etc.

Anyway, need to rewamp PP......the end
