infact the whole so called SERVICE SECTOR in punggol has altitude problem, including those store at blk 198, the stalls in the coffeeshop and econ. Let pray hard that our long over due town centre be built asap, hopefully the competition will make them realised and improve on their standard

Besides the shops in punggol plaza, can I divert a little and make a complain about Parkway Parade's steamboat (in basement 1, foodcourt)? anyway both are also PP in short form mah,hor?    I've been supporting this steamboat shop in the basement foodcourt for years liao, but seems like their service are getting worse, don't know if it is because of the increasing popularity. They're getting more and more snobbish and rude to the customers and price are getting steep...will never patronise this stall again even though I like the Tom Yum soup base alot!

the waiting time is omgly long.. can wait for like 1h++. since nid wait so long, wad's the point of booking an appointment?

and yesyes. i think dr sng is a pervert!! he oso place the paper on my chest and even shift the paper from the bottom of my breast. i feel very disgusted at that point of time. but i duno if he did it on purpose or just accidentally.. so i didnt say anything.. i visited the clinic ytd for review of my teeth as i've removed my braces.. i was wearing a skirt.. den when i just entered and lied down, dr sng was looking at my legs for a few moments den after tt said i've slimmed down.. WHY MUST HE LOOKED AT MY LEGS?! and yes.. the teeth cleaning is over priced! i went back .. intending to spend like 50 bucks. but in the end was 130!!!! my mum was furious mad abt dis cost.. nv go to dis dental....

i just went for my dental check at WH last month and i didn't experience anything bad there and dental charges are always that expensive.  I brought my daughter for her first dental check and the dentist make her feel at ease, even allowing my daughter to assist her during my cleaning.  I was attended by a female dentist, you might want to ask for her the next visit.

I dun like WH dental too.. brought my maid for filling as she got toothache.  They fill up 2 holes costing 55 each.. so the bill is 110.  When i went home, my maid told me, the moment the dentist saw her tooth, said that need to take out surgery, singaporean 600 and helper half price 300.  Luckily my maid insist not to take out, but just try to save the tooth.  They even sugg to my maid to do the surgery first, dun hv to inform employer.  They are really very dishonest and no ethnics at all.  They keep asking her to take the teeth out, then inform me.  Daylight robbery.  Else I would have to pay so much more!!!  Won't even visit it again.  Bad, Bad, Bad

Well I and my hubby ate at the Seafood stall at the plaza. Had chilli crabs. Was suspicious when we saw that the colour of the crabs were red with black patches. But it tasted ok. Next day my hubby suffered the worst stomach upset ever!
 
I had also boycotted the veg stall in the market for very long as they always sold rotten, flies infested overpriced veg. Am glad to see that the new competitor has brought about some positive changes to the quality of the food stuff.

Precious Hour - 1st floor watch shop

I sent my son Casio Baby G for servicing in Feb08 (after CNY), it took me 2 months of numberous calls and enquiries before the watch finally came back in Apr08. I was angry to find out that nothing was done to the watch! Yet the shop owner dare to said they have changed the watch display to the inverted type, but i knew that was totally bullshit, the display was the same old damaged display, very dimm and not readable. So I rejected the watch and the shop owner said he will send it back to agent Marco marketing.

Then I waited for another 2 more months, in Jun08, i went back to the shop and asked the owner again, they gave me the same answer, the watch is still waiting for the spare part from Japan (hard for me to believe), then i asked for the Marco Mktg email address and decided to send an email to verify, now almost 1 month passed, still no reply from both of them. sigh... although this is just a $100 worth of digital watch, but it is really flustrating being pushed around like that. 

Any idea how to get back my watch? The watch was bought in sep07, still under warranty, only used for about 4-5 month, and now the warranty will expired in sep 08, can CASE help in this matter?

I will not patronise the dishonest shop again.

i can understand ure constraint such bad service and handling of clients haiz ...

i also had a not-too-good experience at WH dental..  i went for wisdom tooth extraction and end up paying $900/- for 1 tooth.. super duper expensive lor and dr sng is very unhelpful..i had fever the day after e extraction and went back to the clinic asking for a review. But as the female doc who did the extraction was not around, dr sng Refused to attend to me even though i had fever which likely due to complications from the extraction. In the end i went to lifeline punggol next door and dr wong gave me a syringe to clear the wound and pills for my fever.. Nvr went to WH dental again after the bad experience. Rather go to hougang central smile dental. Service good and reasonably priced.

. I did braces at WH Dental on top of econ. the doc at WH asks his assissting nurse to do the bands. he will check my teeth and do some measurements, then he told some numbers to his nurse. after that the nurse take over and do the whatever s-chain or x-chain or the bands he told her. I finish paying the 4000k plus. then he start passing me over to his nurse. i tot it was normal. But my neighbour vry angry wen she heard it. told me the doc not suppos to do that.

  went for my pedi at level 2 "nails code" (the one n only!), the lady who i use to ask for has quit!! so it's another young ger who did my pedi, my appt was 7.45pm but i waited 20 mins then did she attended to me. Then the worst part is she showed me a BIG BLACK FACE  throughout the pedi n she did it with such fast speed it ended in 40 mins (full pedi supposed to be 1 hour). N she rushed back to attend to another lady whom she started. When her other customer was paying then did i realize that her whole pedi was about $200 bucks!! That is the reason y i was treated with black face n silent punishment!! cos my pedi package for 5 SESSIONS is only $170 bucks!! Means it's nothing compared to the customer who paid $200 bucks for 1 SESSION!! I was so fed up i dun even bothered to say thanks. Then tis morning i realized that there's air bubbles n the coating was done so badly. I am definitely goin to boycott them once my next 2 sessions of cheapo pedi ends.

Prima Deli same location different quality!

we used to make a Saturday tradition of coffee and waffles at Prima...but the recipe has changed...what used to be light airy masterpieces are now heavy and dense bricks.  Lets just hope that things get back to normal
