This women seems terrible.

My mum help customer to alter pants etc too. Taking measurement is a MUST, be it she's a pro or not.

yes she is horrible + terrible. last time we have brought some pants for alteration at hougang there
and so far those tailors we have been to they are quite friendly.. and they will take your measurement
on the spot.

so maybe i'll give her 3 days time to redo my pants. hopefully no more "surprises" after looking at my pants.
else... the 2 pants will be gone...    those 2 were my tailored made pants u know... 
will call her up on wed n see hw things going on...

If your mum is around, bring her along. Maybe she see you young so bully you.

If can, scold her back ALOUD .. These type of people you must not scared of her. Let passerby hear you too, so that they won't end up being tricked. You are helping them and her (in a way if she's scared you are spoiling her business, she may stop her dishonest way of business).

Spread the word around. Best if you dare to tell her that you will tell everyone you know in Punggol about her dishonesty. MUST expose her.

Pstt ... BTW, my mum is not in Sg, so this is not meant to make her have less "rival" in this business. haha But then again, she is also middle man, she only know how to do simple alteration.

my mum was with me... actually my mum was a seamstress when she was younger..
my mum also tried to explain to her the problem area...
but that aunty boss just shouting...
i saw there's 1 man tending his shop nearby... saw the case.. n shaking his head...
he might have been seeing such scene all these while...
will ask my mum to pick up the pants today if she is free..
will see how my pants are.. so "scare" to see...
