BLK 128 NEEDS EXTERIOR PAINT URGENTLY

Good news.

Called TC to do some booking..... This guys Steven told me that our blocks is going for upgrading. He mentioned that they gng to start work in end Oct. Major work will start after CNY 09. They will probably start with the Roof garden above the B128 car park.

have been talkin to this steven guy from PPTC since last year with regards to the exterior paint of Blk 130, same old excuses here & there .... tender not out & loads of craps .....

Think Steven is either very busy or not so efficient ya.................

busy? cant be talking them more than a year to put things into action right??? moreover we are paying TC conservancy fees mah ....
