I dunno abt your side. But went to my block's rooftop garden and realised that the door handle leading to the garden was gone and the stairway lightings were broken. Fireworks sticks (metal ones) are lying around around the vicinity...sometime i was just wondering why are we paying for the conservancy fees when no one is maintaining it...

The worst is that when RC finally repair all these... those people will ruin it all over again...!!  angry angry angry

well, it all boils down to inconsiderate residents.
i hv seen children playin soccer in the garden and there is a risk that the ball might hit one of the window panes of units which are on the lower level.
Whats worst is that the parents did not put a stop to it?!!

Yes, I know what you mean..last month I saw a big graffiti near the lift of my 171A block. Worst I have seen used condoms and wrappers on my roof top garden many times when I take a walk with my son...

The payground on my roof top garden sucks, those who live at 171 and 172 know what I am talking about.
