it correct leh...$2 for the flying kite event. Yours $3 is the launching of pedestrian bridge. There are 2 events there this saturday.

$2 is to provide kite. water, fruit, lucky draw.

2 different events organised by 2 different RCs. One is the bridge, one is open field.
