it was remove back when there was a dengue outbreak last year.The towncouncil might have forgot about it ,see if you notice anyone from towncouncil going round the carpark looking for the cover. Huh? Roll Eyes

No. Was infd tat the missing covers are due to theft and the long wait to replace is because of insufficient stock... haha.. can u believe tat?! Do look out for trucks/pick-ups cos this thief is believed to use some form of tpt to steal.

Jus an update, town council called after seeing Penny Low MP on 24th july. They said it was removed for easier cleaning due to the dengue outbreak last year. Informed them that it posed danger as there are grates but in erratic areas. Said they would look into it. Which means ?!?
