the difference is the fish monger knows his/her main role in his/her job is cleaning and selling fish,
whereas the auntie-u-see person is assigned by the company to the fish department while his/her colleague's job
at the cashier is easier.
who wants to cut and clean fishes while if he/she is lucky can be a cashier?
there's nothing we can do, just give them a big smile lor.. hope they feel better after that..

So it is TRUE that they really add more H20 into the gravy and the chix that are selling there are frozen too? Is is like that how to get fresh Chix for our little ones to eat. SIGH!
huh..Dun u noe that all chix sold here r in frozen state cos they r all imported fm oversea waat..It's a matter how long they hav been frozen before sold in our mkt..therefore, the frozen period will determine their freshness.. Grin
Ever noticed that KFC in other countries taste better, fresher n juicier ?! Well..tat could oso becos our KFC chix here r frozen chix..tat's y they r not so juicy. Grin

yes, this I agree about KFC chicken and other food in other countries. Singapore everything not fresh.

But don't you think our wet market is cleaner as compared to 80's when they self live chicken?

I can still recall the smell from the chicken store back then. yucks!!
