Waterbay surrounding immediate neighbours consist of several schools, both primary and secondary,  a petrol station, a church and a foodcourt.

Quite a good combination within reach..

Been a while since the last update. Judging from the current pace of the development, what do you reckon will the top date be.

According to the official website of Waterbay, the TOP date is expected to be the first quarter of 2016, which is approximately 19 months from now.

Today, workers are working at roof top levels of 3 Blocks, the others are catching up fast...

By way of theoretical comparision between Riverparc with Waterbay, the status of Waterbay today is approximately that of Riverparc dated March 2013. ( It took Riverparc another 16 months to reach it's completion status today )

So an estimate of the date of completion for Waterbay should be plus / minus another 16 months. This is my personal estimate and it should not be too far off…….. of course the Developers / Contractors will be in a much better position to give a precise date.
