Who is a caregiver ? It is someone who looks after an elderly sick.

Towards end 2010, caregivers can just pick up the phone to attend  a workshop through a conference call. This pilot scheme will be run by the voluntary Organisation AWWA Centre for Caregivers. The purpose is to teach Caregivers how to manage Conflict, Stress and Emotions.

At the moment the centre is running a workshop called, " Caregivers Education and Support Programme Pilot " ( CESP ) consisting of a six two-hour training sessions, teaching caregivers problem solving skills.

The first programme was completed some time back. The next programme should be on the pipeline.
