Drove by n saw a unit occupied with owners who are busy cleaning up the place.
So fast TOP Liao?

Are the units well built or with lotsa of defects? Just like the recent condos?

Each time when you go past Flo Residences, you'll notice construction at one corner of the condominium site is still going at full swing.

At the same time a tower crane is still there lifting building materials at regular intervals. A check at the road directory shows a place of worship is going to be built.

Going nearer to take a look, a decorative signboard fixed to the perimeter fencing indicated a church is under construction. It's Gospel Light Christian Church due for completion towards end 2016.
