At the moment half the open field in front of Riverparc condo was fenced up. In fact work had started and an area of about 3 times the size of a tennis court had been concreted.

Today a truck crane and 3 mobile vertical elevators were at site. Several steel vertical sections were anchored, looking like a temporary site office.

At closer look, I would anticipate the structure to be that of either a showroom / showhouse and / or sales office. If I am correct, then the open field next door should be an Executive Condominium or Private Condominium. Looking at the solid concrete floor again, probably the showhouse is going to stay put for several years.
