:(( Sad on bicycle wheel stealing

I am resident of Edgefield plains.
A sad morning on last Saturday!

SOMEBODY stole  front wheel of my 3 years son's small bicycle.
It stopped just close to my door. That morning, i found it moved near the stairs, badly with the front wheel lost.

Such a thieve can only be done by an adult, for his own kid!
How can the kid be educated by the 'theft'  parent?
Hopefully years later, there would not be a 'theft' younger active in Singapore.

Will the RC help posting some warning on this!
Basically, i sill not take it as a criminal to make police report.
