Not sure if anyone had encountered an unpleasant experience at Blk 639 Punggol Drive. I was buying the wanton mee and i put a spoonful of green chilli and the hawker ask for extra $0.50 for it. So I pay and she still scolds me.  What can I do, what are my rights? Can the hawker demand extra money for something that is not indicated?
