It is simply ridiculous to restrict Punggol residents to Punggol Plaza when the NTUC there do not sell alot of stuff only available in their Rivervale Mall branch.
It is not as if there is a SBS bus service going there either! We have to walk! Alot! Would you fancy carrying a ton of groceries and making your way back? And have you seen the road back to Punggol? Mega slopes alert! Pity the elderly mothers and grannies who do most of the shopping for the families.
Totally screaming unfair here with a free shuttle service for Sengkang residents to Punggol Plaza and none the other way around
