Reckless Bus 83 Driver

I'm a 9 months pregnant woman who took Bus 83 (SBS 963Y) home on 10 Jul 08, at about 4.30pm.

I was the only passenger who got off the bus from the front door. Before I could fully get off the bus, the bus driver closed the front door, and I felt the door closing and hitting against my bag.
As there were still passengers getting off the bus from the other door, I don't understand why the bus driver was so eager to close the front door. It was a mere tactless and dangerous act of bus driver's part!
What if I had lost balance and fallen to the ground?! I could not imagine the consequences!
There is NO excuse for such reckless act! Since he is serving the public, he should have their interest at heart!

The bus driver is Chinese, in his 40s, and is quite well-built.
